Aathorize provides authentication as a service (AaaS) solutions for web and mobile applications. Our service includes user authentication, authorization, user management, and related security features.

The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability.

Support is provided according to your service plan. We aim to respond to support requests within reasonable timeframes but do not guarantee specific response times.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aathorize, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aathorize and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
